Process

  • Develop and implement a streamlined process for customer marketing requests, ensuring ease of use for internal teams
  • Track and manage requests efficiently, providing a centralized system for monitoring and reporting status updates
  • Identify and surface potential reference opportunities for various initiatives, such as speaking engagements, analyst reports, and PR activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of customer marketing processes
  • Activation
  • Establish and maintain a standard process for activating customer stories
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings involving product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and sales enablement teams
  • Provide visibility into current and upcoming priority customer stories, facilitating proactive engagement and collaboration
  • Develop strategies to amplify customer success stories through various channels both internal and external to maximize the impact
  • Events
  • Manage logistics for regional customer success events, overseeing tasks such as purchase orders, vendor relationships, and creative ideation
  • Ensure flawless execution of events, optimizing the use of budget and resources to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create memorable and impactful customer-centric events
  • Continuously evaluate and improve event processes to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with focus on customer marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project management tools (Monday.com)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities

That being said, please let us know if you have any specific requirements as part of the recruitment process that will help us better accommodate you and improve your experience) As a Marketing Specialist at SAP Emarsys, you'll be in charge of amplifying the voice of the customer. You'll lead project management for existing business programs across both Emarsys and SAP teams. This includes, but isn't limited to: managing in-region advocacy and product events, user reference and review programs (i.e. G2 Reviews), and coordinating creation and launch processes with the marketing organization to highlight use cases and customer success.
