What will you be doing? Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Vodafone - we want to equip them with knowledge and insights on the latest technologies and innovation to help them transform their business. The Customer Experience Team runs both physical (in Newbury and Wimbledon) and virtual Discovery Sessions, where we look to create the future with our customers. As a CEC (Customer Experience Centre) Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the running of Discovery Sessions with our Vodafone Business customers, managing the whole process from bookings through to preparing and delivering the content. You will drive customer outcomes, using innovation and new technologies to help you do so. You will confidently deliver interactive presentations, whilst also facilitating sessions comfortably end-to-end. Key accountabilities:
- Organising, planning and leading engaging customer workshops with public and private sector organisations across Vodafone Business in both virtual and physical settings.
- Helping drive sales revenue through the centre by validating new opportunities and ensuring workshops enable opportunities to progress. This includes upholding and developing robust reporting to show sales and pipeline generated and driven by the innovation sessions.
- Preparing and delivering short future-focused presentations and product/solution demonstrations across the whole strategic portfolio.
- Creating, iterating and developing customer journeys and storyboards that showcase our products and services in a bespoke way for the customer.
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Go-To-Market etc. to develop new content, demonstrations and resources for creating bespoke customer workshops.
- Constantly gathering a variety of feedback from both customers and the sales community, to review and adapt processes to improve the customer experience, drive through more revenue and ensure NPS remains high.
- Shaping the future of customer engagements by continually reviewing market insights and new technologies to deliver market leading innovative session experiences that will surprise and delight our customers. Who are we looking for?
- Ability to operate at a fast pace and quickly learn information which can be relayed back in presentations/demonstrations.
- A strong desire to deliver the best possible customer experience through iterating and improving processes.
- Good business awareness and an understanding of how solutions can aid business efficiency and effectiveness.
- A confident presenter and articulate communicator.
- A self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and facilitation experience.
