Amazon is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive strategic creative solutioning for Amazon's internal teams, with specialized expertise in Europe, Middle East, and Asia (EMEA). As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with internal clients, develop marketing plans, and coordinate with production teams to execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns and initiatives. You work closely with clients to understand their goals, target audiences, and pain points, and then develop innovative solutions that leverage the right mix of content types and distribution channels. You collaborate with channel experts, production teams, and stakeholders throughout Amazon, ensuring that deliverables align with client requirements and expectations. You thrive in ambiguous spaces and take every opportunity to wow your clients by going above and beyond to deliver scalable solutions that inform and convert audiences, while creating operational efficiencies. You learn from the past and build for the future by integrating data driven learnings, with a deep understanding of EMEA marketing tactics and insights. Key job responsibilities This role resides on the Global Creative Services team within Workforce Staffing (WFS) Marketing. Core responsibilities include:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing solutions for internal clients aligned to organizational goals
  • Define, prioritize, and drive initiatives forward by partnering with relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct client discovery sessions, gather insights, and audit existing content to inform marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal channel teams to align on channel and activation strategy
  • Liaise with creative production teams to provide clear direction and requirements prior to creative development
  • Maintain ongoing client communication, gather feedback, and ensure alignment during the project lifecycle
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide recommendations for content optimization
  • Manage client initiatives and drive timely delivery through use of Asana project management software
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies across various channels
  • Maintain a high attention to detail, with a strong bias for action and the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience working in Recruitment Marketing a plus

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • 4+ years of professional, non-internship experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience in EMEA marketing within a global organization
