Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for the administrative tasks within the local Multi Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH) procedures , supporting the Health Practitioners to meet the MASH statutory time frames.

The role will support a range of complex and sensitive administrative functions to ensure the effective and timely access to information for staff in the MASH and for the storage and sharing of information between MASH and other professionals.

Please note that should we receive a high number of applications, we reserve the right to close the advert earlier than advertised., Provide an effective administration support service to the Health Practitioners in the MASH.Monitor incoming work on behalf of the Health Practitioners within MASH, ensuring work is received with all of the appropriate information and is effectively prioritised for the Practitioners.Independently manage requests for information queries which do not require clinical input.Gather information for MASH enquiries and at times for strategy discussions within own level ofcompetency and provide this to the MASH Band 6 Nurses to complete their analysis and submitto the local authority MASH. This will be undertaken within the timescales directed by theprocesses within each MASH provision.
