Marketplace is a brand-new online venture for Tesco, designed to give our customers the opportunity to use our website to shop for a wide range of third-party products, in addition to the groceries they already know and love. Life on the team
As someone who is passionate about creating efficiencies and scalable processes, you'll be committed to growing our effectiveness at managing Seller accounts at scale. The key to the Marketplace team's success will be its ability to work with many other teams in the wider Tesco family, including Finance, Digital Product and Online Operations. No two days will be the same as you become an expert in your area of the Marketplace model. We're building Tesco's future, and it's a future shaped by you.

You will be responsible for:
What you'll do
Develop, grow and maintain a robust self-serve proposition for Sellers
Proactively identify opportunities and create content to make the Seller experience with Tesco as seamless as possible
Enable teams across Tesco in their support of Sellers (including remote teams)
Be the voice of the Seller internally
Drive organisational efficiencies around management of the Seller base
Effective problem-solver, who is able to connect the dots between opportunities and solutions
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills; drive continuous improvement via data insights
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience at other marketplaces in Account Management a big plus

Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary
