Full Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will support working in immunisations, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for the mass delivery of the COVID-19 vaccinations and other services.
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to schools/care homes/outreaches and BAU in a roving vaccination site., In particular, the post holder will be responsible for:
+ MECC delivery
+ Accessing and maintaining accurate information, adhering to confidentiality as per the site's policy.
+ Providing admin support on the vaccination activity by supporting the immuniser with vaccination delivery and vaccination records
+ Recording vaccination consent and marking completion
+ Ensuring infection and waste control at the vaccination station
+ Responsible for customer journey and satisfaction
+ Support roving satellite sites & workstreams from central hub
+ Project manager
+ Workforce management, + Provide administrative support to Operations Managers
+ Manage workstreams for the programme serving NWL population
+ Project manage within your workstream
+ Daily workstream management
+ Undertake the role of 'super user' across all IT systems used by the admin team at a VC site
+ Manage queues, patient flow to improve customer journey and customer satisfaction
+ Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
+ Manage and oversee Overseas vaccination record validation
+ Ensure all paperwork has been provided pre-vaccination by the citizen, check identity & confirm vaccine details (type, date, time, dose)
+ Manage vaccination record amendments
+ Stock management and ordering using organisations procurement systems
+ Problem solving IT systems related issues for colleagues on site
