Full Job Description
- Develop Masterkey suites, allocation and calculation of key combinations relevant to customer orders across all cylinder systems.
- To translate and transfer orders into AX product codes and text.
- Process all Masterkey orders the same day they are received.
- Raise and record clarifications/queries relating to these orders & processing through to conclusion.
- Ensure incoming correspondence coming into the area are distributed and processed.
- Answer the telephone in an efficient and effective manner. Providing excellent customer services at all times.
- Respond to email enquiries, in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain Masterkey records (both electronic and manual) ensuring these are both up to date and in good order.
The ability to work under pressure, to deadlines with a strong determination to solve problems and resolve queries - Experience of using Microsoft office packages with good computer skills
- Confidence and resilience with the ability to deal with complex queries.
- Excellent attention to detail.
