Full Job Description
- Act as the face of the club, within an allocated hospitality area
- Give guests a warm welcome and goodbye as they arrive and depart from hospitality areas
- Gather feedback from guests within your allocated hospitality area
- Create a seamless link between the Hospitality Department, our catering partners and matchday guests
- Ensure that guests receive the highest possible standards of service and have an exceptional hospitality experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience,
- The ability to resolve issues on the day.
- You will provide a smooth and professional service to all guests in your allocated area, ensuring all their catering needs are met.
