Full Job Description

Providing guidance and management services for current & future clients, including experience in but not limited to broadcasting, production, brand partnerships, content creation, digital strategy, live events, publishing, and corporate engagements. Client Retention: Deliver exceptional service and actively support the professional growth of our talent. Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard talented with strong potential to generate opportunities and revenue, whilst staying informed on industry trends and partnerships, maintaining and utilising a robust network of industry contacts to provide insights and opportunities., This role involves hands-on management of clients' professional lives, sourcing new opportunities, and proactively expanding your network. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and acting as a primary liaison for clients.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as contracts and financial tracking.
  • Attending client engagements, including events, photo shoots, and recordings, to provide support and representation.

    Extensive experience in talent management or a related field, such as public relations or brand development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the entertainment & social media industry, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies.
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ability to build lasting partnerships and deliver commercial success.
  • High energy, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
