Material Flow Manager

Lead the material handling team and deputise for the logistics team leader as required H&S responsible for all logistical areas and interfaces with production Plan and organise material handling capacity (personnel and equipment) in order to meet the customer and programme requirements Optimise the efficiency, agility and flexibility of the material handling team (LO3/4 Fixed & Variable) Monitor and control logistics KPIs in accordance with company requirements Optimise material flow in accordance with the Brose Production System Contribute to and support continuous improvement activities and processes in the logistics function Ensuring training and development of the logistics team to meet the business needs Comply with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Higher Level Education
• Relevant experience in similar role within an automotive environment.
• Extensive experience with the use of ERP/ MRP - SAP preferred
• Able to make decisions and work independently
• Competent in the use of MS Office.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Experienced in implementing lean transformations in brownfield environments
