Material Transporter - Milton Keynes

We now need to strengthen our team and have the below requirement for Material Technician/Transporter - To ensure that the correct raw material is supplied to machines in the right quantities at the right time to ensure the production of good quality, safe, hygienic containers to customer specification.

• To ensure that raw material supplies are constant:


• Ensure material supply is available to the machine before a problem is created on the machine;


• Every effort must be made to prevent machines running empty, grinders blocking up, material spillage, etc.


• To make any adjustments that is within the level of competence of the material technician necessitated by changing of material mix.


• To assist with coordinating and carrying out colour changes on machines in line with production plans.


• To carry out accurate stock counts on raw materials for month-end reporting.
  
  Previously held a position within a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment with raw material handling/controlling responsibilities


• Excellent team player and can communicate effectively


• Knowledge and awareness of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment


• A stand-on truck license would be an advantage (Training will be provided)
  
  Monday to Friday (7am - 4pm)
