Full Job Description

We are the UK's #1 Intelligent Traffic Solutions (ITS) provider and maintain over 40% of the UK's ITS assets. We design and manufacture our own equipment and technology at our facility in Poole, Dorset, and install and maintain it at customer sites nationwide, supported by our specialist Field Services staff.,

  • Assist in co-ordinating the material supply chain to meet Business requirements
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment
  • Communicates and progresses material supply within the manufacturing team
  • Work within the logistic team to resolve material supply problems
  • Collecting raw material deliveries and unpacking boxes
  • Maintaining shortage lists
  • Keeping accurate records in SAP and ordering consumables
  • Use of various types of material handling equipment
  • Develop good working relationships with cell leader
  • Develop good working relationships within the manufacturing team
  • Work within the logistic team to resolve material supply problems

    Experience is something but equally important is your character and approach to work. We are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic, who's flexible and keen to learn and we can support you with a career in the traffic signals industry., You're very organized and able to prioritise workload to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other databases or software
  • You're a great problem solver and thrive on being able to fix things
  • You enjoy multi-tasking, learning new activities and pick up new jobs confidently and easily
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage requests and queries
  • You're discreet and can operate in a confidential environment when needed
