Full Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Midwifery and Gynaecology Risk and Governance Facilitator to join the Women's & Children's Divisional Governance Team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The team is well established and has been recently reviewed by the CQC, the inspection rating was 'good'. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our service users receive the best quality and compassionate care and join us on our journey to 'outstanding'., 1 As post holder you will report and work in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team to establish effective maternity governance systems focused on patient safety. 2 You will provide an oversight of the strategic and operational delivery of all aspects of quality assurance pertinent to the business of clinical governance in maternity and gynaecology

You will need to be self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will take pride in your work, be highly motivated, professional, and have good organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail. This is a busy role and the workload is varied as we need to respond to changing deadlines so you must be adaptable, have a flexible approach and have the ability to interact with all departments and posts at all levels within the organisation.
