Full Job Description

+ Manage the day to day ward/clinic administration, ensuring that correct procedures are implemented and monitored. + To use own initiate to maintain stationary stocks, answer queries, and forward relevant communication to staff. + To maintain notes and records systems ensuring that all notes are compiled in the correct order and in a timely fashion. + Order supplies and equipment using the Trust procurement system under the guidance of the Ward/Clinic Manager. + To be responsible for accurate data entry of patient information to comply with Trust Objectives/Guidelines. + To monitor all patient data and ensure that we are compliant with accurate National data collection.Working for our organisation At UHSussex, diversity is our strength, and we want you to feel included to help us always put the Patient First, as shown in our Outstanding for Caring CQC rating. To manage telephone enquiries sensitively and initiate appropriate action. To manage vigilant ward security systems, facilitating appropriate access only.
