2nd in Curriculum Area/KS4 Maths M1-M6 / UPS - dependent on experience Plus TLR 1A ( £9, 272 ) Required for November 2024 (if applicable) or January 2025. The Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School is seeking to employ a Full-time, Permanent second in charge of Mathematics with particular responsibility for KS4. The Governors of The Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School require a highly motivated and hardworking Teacher of Mathematics who is committed to raising the achievements of our students. You will be joining a strong specialist team with a track record of success and a passion for teaching Mathematics. You will teach in designated teaching rooms with outstanding teaching resources and will be part of a large, extraordinarily successful Mathematics team. Applicants with experience in teaching A Level are particularly welcome to apply. In 2024 44% of Maths GCSE pupils achieved grades 9-7 whilst 75% achieved grades 9-5. In terms of Further Maths, 57% achieved grades 9-7 whilst 95% achieved 9-5. Also in 2024 42% of Maths A Level students achieved grades A

  • -A whilst 65% achieved A-B. In terms of Further Maths, 73% achieved A-A whilst 100% achieved A-B.
