Full -Time Required for January 2025 Tormead School is an academically selective independent school for 800 girls aged 4-18, located in central Guildford. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified, creative, and passionate Maths Teacher to join a dynamic, supportive and very successful Maths department to teach Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level. Students attain excellent examination results with 95% attaining grade A

• -B at A Level and 89% attaining a grade 7-9 at GCSE in 2024. Further Maths is offered as a fourth A Level option.
Candidates will have a firm grasp of curricular developments, inspire high standards in the classroom, have a warm approach, and be prepared for wider involvement in co-curricular activities. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others, including students, colleagues, parents, and the wider community.
