Maths Teacher

We seek a talented Maths Teacher to join our dedicated staff team at Christ Church. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the Key Stage 2 Maths curriculum and a genuine passion for teaching, particularly in mathematics. Familiarity with the expectations of Key Stage 2 Maths SATs is a valuable advantage.

We currently have a vacancy in our teaching team for the remainder of this academic year, focusing on our greater depth Maths sets in Years 5 and 6. You will collaborate with our Year 5 and 6 teaching teams to deliver engaging daily lessons for these advanced learners. We are considering candidates who can commit to teaching four mornings a week. The role is contracted for 2.5 hours each morning, which includes 30 minutes for planning and assessment.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher with a passion for maths, who may have recently retired or moved on from their teaching position or a teacher starting out, who would like some experience teaching classes that are bright and eager to learn.
