Matron - Outpatient Gynaecology

As a member of our team you will support the delivery of professional, reliable, safe and compassionate care to women using our gynaecology outpatient services You will work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team in an environment that is open, supportive and empowering., This Matron post is key to the operational functioning of the Gynaecology Outpatients Service. The Matron will support the Gynaecology Outpatient services through strong clinical leadership and effective management to achieve high standards of care and quality assurance at a national level.
The post holder will need to provide specialist clinical knowledge and expertise in their related field and to manage the specialist nurses as appropriate to each specialist area within the gynaecology outpatients team .
The role has a clinical component and managerial responsibilities . You will be joining a well-established team of Gynaecology nurses dedicated to the ongoing promotion of woman centred personalised care delivering high standards of care., It is essential that you have the required post registration experience for this post and that you possess excellent communication skills, are flexible and enjoy working within a busy, enthusiastic team.
