An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a part time MDT coordinator to support the Community Respiratory Team who across West Essex the role will be based at Latton Bush Centre Harlow, The role will be to support the MDT clincal team ,to work alongside our system partners to identify patient to be supported by the Respiratory team

We are looking for an experienced candidate with excellent communication, leadership, management and organisational skills, To be proactive with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. The post holder will work closely with the other MDT Coordinator in West Essex We are looking for individuals with a positive and compassionate approach to supporting patient care. The successful candidate will be expected to work in the organisation, providing services in a professional, efficient, friendly and polite manner. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
