Full Job Description

  • Accountable for ensuring NBA customer contact strategy is measurable end-to-end and translates to commercial impact
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities by analysing datasets against experimentation criteria and performance to drive business impact
  • Create compelling messages that Influence the adoption of the NBA Platform. Tackle any resistance by working closely with stakeholders to unlock real value to the business
  • Educate key decision makers to become more data and machine learning driven
  • Input into product deliveries by providing engineering requirements to ensure correct data handling and manipulation for metric and report creation
  • Tells engaging stories using non-technical language and exciting visualisations to influence change

    The skills and experience you will have under your belt
  • Experience in measurement of campaign performance & providing KPI performance scoring
  • A good understanding of mathematical principles & coding languages (i.e., Python, R...) + SQL
  • Experience in working across Digital ecosystem (clear understanding of interconnectivity of Search, Content, Websites, CRM, Channels & Platforms etc)
  • Knowledge of segmentation techniques
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Commercial acumen understanding the commercial environment surrounding base and our brands and how the outcomes will impact overall objectives.
  • Comfortable working in Agile operating model
  • Customer centric oriented approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain and present the findings of technical work to non-expert audiences
  • Team player and collaborative approach
  • Experience working with statistics and particularly A/B testing and, statistical significance and hypothesis testing

Why this job matters In this job, you'll be a conduit between key teams within the NBA space including Commercial Stakeholders, Data Science and Data Engineering. Leveraging your technical background alongside your commercial acumen, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into analytical products which can be used to influence decisions. Through the definition of measurement frameworks and business metrics you will create a way to track performance over a customer's end-to-end journey and drive continuous improvement and optimisation of our marketing efforts.
