Full Job Description

As a Technician / Mechanic at Croxdale Group Durham, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all service, repair, and maintenance work is completed to exceptional standards across a diverse range of models from iconic brands.   • - Skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, ensuring adherence to required standards and completion of administrative processes.

  • - Ensure all repair work is completed to the highest standard and within factory timescales.

  • - Evaluate the condition of each vehicle, reporting additional work required accurately.

  • - Clearly communicate technical repair requirements to customers.

  • - Liaise with other departments to facilitate timely and accurate servicing and repair of vehicles.

  • - Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand, and industry guidelines.

    - Previous experience as an accredited/qualified Vehicle Technician, level 3 IMI light vehicle maintenance or City and Guilds equivalent.

  • - Brand accreditation beneficial but not essential; brand training provided.

  • - Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

  • - Enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, taking ownership of actions and decisions.

  • - Organised and methodical problem-solving skills.

  • - Clear communicator when advising customers on technical issues.

  • - Essential: Driving license free from excessive penalties.
