Full Job Description

Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
The day-to-day operation & maintenance of mechanical services in line with KPI's and SLA's and the Maintenance Model for Preventative Maintenance
Maintain all Mechanical equipment within the building
Carry out plumbing and pipework repairs.
Carry out minor fabric repairs when required
Procure materials and equipment to carry out works
To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required
Attend to reactive calls in line with KPI's and SLA's
Communication with Helpdesk on site team and clients
Identification & reporting of any electrical/engineering issues or faults, which will have a detrimental effect on the building environment & will require action by the maintenance team

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the City of London. PRS Recruitment is currently looking for a Mechanical day shift Engineer in Fulham. The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G, etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000 with the ability for further training and career progression; there is also no call outs for this role., City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications or equivalent
Able to take part in call out rota
