Mechanical Design Engineer

As a senior member of the Engineering team, you will be taking the lead in the design, and development of new turbochargers and associated products. This involves pushing current technology as well as developing new, to bring to the market solutions for IC and other thermal machines. What will your typical day look like?

• Design of new turbochargers and related machines.
• Be the lead on technical projects, involving R&D, product validation, testing, and associated development.
• Interfacing with other business functions, Commercial, Manufacturing and Procurement.
• Input to methods development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  Experience in high-speed rotating equipment engineering ideally turbochargers. Demonstrate engineering leadership especially the ability to problem solve and drive assigned activities through to completion in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate experience of working with non-engineering functions to deliver projects.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills.
