Job Summary: As a Multi-Skilled Mechanical/Plumber Technician at Integral UK, you will play a critical role in providing top-quality mechanical and plumbing maintenance services at Thames Valley Business Park. 4. Conduct tests and assessments of water supply, drainage, and other plumbing systems to identify faults and leaks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
5. Identify and source necessary replacement parts for mechanical and plumbing systems, adhering to budget constraints.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, servicing reports, and compliance documentation.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
8. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and follow established protocols when handling hazardous materials.
