Full Job Description

o Multi-disciplinary position supporting facilities management at London client sites
o Focuses on day-to-day maintenance and operation of plant equipment within a multi-skilled engineering team, o Reading blueprints and examining surfaces to determine work requirements
o Ensuring site operation complies with local legislation
o Adhering to the Maintenance Management system
o Conducting small installation works and repairs
o Performing planned maintenance activities
o Maintaining plant and utilities
o Providing technical support for projects
o Managing work orders and change control notifications
o Implementing safety procedures (e.g., Permits to Work, Lock Out/Tag Out)
o Managing Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS)
o Updating documentation and drawings
o Collaborating in cross-training
o Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
o Communicating and reporting to the line manager
o Managing sub-contractors when required

o Level 3 mechanical or Plumbing/HVAC qualification required
o Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
o Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a team
o Knowledge of industry trends and interest in facilities management
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
o Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations for corporate sites
