Full Job Description

  • Oversee all mechanical aspects of M&E projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, engineers, and site personnel, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Develop project schedules, forecasts, and financial reports, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress and any emerging risks.
  • Ensure site health and safety compliance, adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to offer technical advice and swiftly resolve any project-related challenges.
  • Supervise the installation and testing of all M&E systems to ensure they meet design specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage procurement processes and material logistics, ensuring timely delivery of necessary resources to the site.

    Proven experience in managing M&E projects within the mechanical engineering or construction industries.
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pipework, and their electrical integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and managing teams to achieve project success.
  • Proficiency in project management software and industry-related tools.
  • A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification are highly desirable.
