Full Job Description

Working within the Estates section you will lead in the management and maintenance of key HVAC system's, ensuring they are maintained and available as required by all University staff and students.

Applications are invited for an individual to join a busy and vibrant team of engineers, engaged in the delivery of an exciting and dynamic portfolio. We are looking for an experienced mechanical supervisor with a strong background and knowledge in the management of a wide range of mechanical building engineering services, planned and reactive maintenance and legislative compliance.

Applicants will have a proven track record and detailed experience in Building Engineering Services maintenance within a large organisation. You will ideally hold or be working towards a HNC in Building Services Engineering / or equivalent and candidates will be self-motivated, computer literate, an excellent organiser and have proven management qualities combined with excellent communication skills.
