Mechanical Systems Engineering Student

To be successful in this role you will need the following,

• Learning of policies, processes and procedures in line with Mechanical Systems - Experimental activities
• Day to day support of rig (FEAD, Shaker) running
• Supporting upfit of sensors (strain, pressure, accelerometers, thermocouples, displacement)
• Supporting calibration activities
• Supporting adherence to HSE requirements (COSHH, LOTO, 5S)
• Test planning
• Data processing and analysis
• Some travel within UK (<10%) possible
• Qualification (minimum) - working towards an engineering degree
  
  We are looking for a wide range of applicants studying towards a STEM degree Mechanics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Design Engineering.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team with experience contributing to or leading a group project.
• Strong desire to learn with knowledge of the practical application of science or engineering concepts.
• Used to presentations through Powerpoint, knowledge of Mat Lab is a plus, hands on, proactive, team player.
