Full Job Description
To oversee and lead the onsite Multi-Skilled Mechanical team in delivering all associated Planned & Reactive maintenance. You'll:
- Ensure effective deployment of the Multi-Skilled Mechanical Team in actioning mechanical related Planned & Reactive Maintenance & project works.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
- Carry out survey works and prepare quotations as required by the client.
- Identify staff training needs and report to immediate manager for authorisation.
- Carry out quality checks of all works being carried out to ensure compliance with agreed standards
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance tasks and reactive works investigations/repairs on, but not limited to, the gas fired systems on site
- Service, test, diagnose and repair process control systems and automatic control devices related to the building services plant and equipment
- Carry out tasks associated with L8 compliance for the prevention and control of legionella risks
NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (including recognised apprenticeship) with either an electrical or mechanical or building services bias - Gas Safe qualified
- Working knowledge of other building services and trades
- Excellent team working and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to fully satisfy the Client security clearance minimum requirements (SC)
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
