About our Mechanical Technician Opportunities

At Diamond we regularly recruit for skilled Mechanical Technicians into different specialisms, and we’re interested in hearing from talented individuals. Mechanical Technicians are hands-on, and the key duties include:

Working on the assembly, maintenance and repair of the facility
Carrying out inspection and acceptance testing of components and subsystems

You may also carry out some of:

Pipe fitting to Swagelok qualifications
Lifting operations
Modifications and manufacture of components using manual and CNC machines
Driving Tug and Trailer and Forklift Trucks
Use of hand tools, metrology equipment, vacuum test equipment
