With a starting salary of £30,090 pro rata, overtime and unsocial enhancements, and a great annual leave and pension offer there isn't a better time to consider joining the team!
You'll join an experienced and dedicated mechanical team, working as part of a larger estate's workforce of around 100 people.
If you're looking to expand your skills as a Plumber and move into commercial buildings - this is an ideal opportunity for you! We provide an extensive training package to support you in understanding a complex healthcare estate., + React promptly to day-to-day breakdowns of plumbing and mechanical equipment/assets ensuring response and completion times meet the Trust KPI's
+ Carry out wide range of mechanical & plumbing repairs
+ Undertake routine maintenance (PPM) of equipment/assets ensuring all work is logged using the PDA on the Agility system to meet the Trust's KPI's.
+ Carry out minor installation work.
+ To physically carry out manual work using safe working practice
+ Interpret and work from instructions, drawings and specifications appropriate to key trade, with minimal supervision
+ To become certified as a competent person in a discipline within your skill set.
+ Pass on knowledge to apprentices and work experience students

+ Experience of working as a domestic or commercial plumber in any setting
+ A City & Guild Mechanical/Plumbing qualification at Level 3 or equivalent
+ Have a desire to work in a large healthcare environment
