Media Buying Specialist for an integrated marketing agency for global b2b tech brands!, Strategic Planning and Execution
+ Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies within Paid Display, Programmatic channels, and some Paid Social for B2B clients, with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and showcasing incremental value within integrated campaigns.
+ Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
+ Design and execute A/B tests to optimise campaign performance and drive innovation.
+ Lead the development of the agency's internal programmatic trading and media buying offerings, with a particular focus on ABM, collaborating with external partners to expand and refine our services.
Performance Optimisation
+ Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Optimise campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs, such as lead generation, account engagement, and ROI.
+ Utilise data-driven approaches to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies, with a focus on ABM outcomes.
+ Integrate ABM audiences into paid social channels, ensuring cohesive strategies across all platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting
+ Create comprehensive performance reports that highlight key metrics and campaign results.
+ Analyse data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations, particularly in the context of ABM.
+ Showcase the incremental value of paid display efforts within integrated campaigns.
+ Set up ad-tracking using third-party ad servers or UTMs to ensure precise measurement and reporting.
+ Effectively communicate the story behind the data, providing clients with a clear understanding of campaign performance and next steps.
Continuous Learning and Development
+ Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in ABM, Paid Display, Programmatic Buying.
+ A want to participate in industry events, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Media Buying Specialist with a strong background in B2B performance marketing, particularly within Paid Display, Programmatic Buying, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role offers a unique opportunity to expand the agency's internal programmatic trading and media buying offering, working closely with external partners to enhance our capabilities. A strategic mindset, a passion for testing and learning, and the ability to optimise and grow accounts while fostering strong client relationships are essential.

  • + Ideally you'll have 5+ years of experience in media buying strategy, with a focus on B2B performance marketing.
    + Experience with 6Sense, DV360, The Trade Desk, and ad measurement platforms such as CM360, with a focus on ABM.
    + A proven track record of developing and executing successful Paid Display, Programmatic, and some Paid Social campaigns that drive measurable results.
    + Your analytical skills are second to none and you can interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
    + Experience measuring and showcasing the incremental value of paid display within an integrated campaign.
    + Experience testing and applying various attribution windows and methods.
    + Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
    + Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    + You're genuinely a positive person to have around.
