Medical & Clinical Administrator - East Staffordshire

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to our Mental Health Admin team. Our Administrators are an integral part of the Team supporting our Medics and Clinicians in a variety of admin tasks. The role is busy, challenging and rewarding.,

• Administration work for Consultant Psychiatrist/Doctors and other mental health professionals
• Producing clinical letters (some via digital dictation), diary and clinic appointment management
• Confidently handling complex queries of a challenging/sensitive nature
• Concise accurate message taking
• Using own initiative to proactively resolve problems
• Working as required at our community spoke clinics
• Cohesive working within a centralised admin team
