Full Job Description

South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an individual to work as a Medical and Dental Rostering Administrator/Helpdesk Operator within the Medical Rostering Team based at South Tyneside District Hospital.

The team is a small but established team who manage the day to day running of the resident doctor rotas. Together with two other helpdesk administrators, you will work alongside two Implementer/Advisors as well as an Assistant Rostering Manager to ensure we provide a professional and proactive service and support the service, and the ability to seek support when queries need to be escalated., Within the role you will be the first point of contact for resident doctors and users of HealthRoster and eJob Plan. A central inbox will be shared with the helpdesk group where you will be required to take ownership of queries and ensure they are full resolved or escalated to senior members of the team when required.

The role requires someone who can react quickly to resolve queries, be able to work independently and as a team to meet tight deadlines. The Team delivers a high standard of customer service to our doctor community and operational managers.
