Medical HR Manager

As such, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Medical HR Manager to help shape our delivery and ensure we are providing a high quality professional and responsive Medical HR function.

As a Medical HR Manager, you will offer guidance and assistance across the Trust on intricate and occasionally contentious matters concerning Medical Personnel. Your role will involve ensuring that all medical staff and managers have access to appropriate advice, while also promoting a consistent approach to guarantee the correct implementation of employment legislation, policies, procedures, and terms and conditions.

Are you an experienced Medical HR Manager with comprehensive knowledge of medical and dental terms and conditions of service and employment best practice? The creation of a single corporate service is essential for us to support our clinical and operational services, and our wider transformation programme.

The single corporate service is delivered across both organisation. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. For leaders managing staff across multi-site locations, you will need to be visible and provide in person leadership. The arrangements and frequency will be agreed locally
