Full Job Description

This is a senior leadership role as a Medical Lead Consultant Psychiatrist for Elysium Healthcare, overseeing acute and locked rehabilitation mental health services in the South-west region. The role is both challenging and rewarding, with responsibilities including clinical governance, service delivery, medical management, and a clinical caseload., As the Medical Lead Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing senior clinical advisory support to the Pinhoe View, The Woodmill, and The Copse sites, participating in policy and procedure development, leading on quality improvement and clinical governance, and managing the medical team. You will also hold a Responsible Clinician role with an inpatient caseload, and engage in multi-disciplinary, multi-agency, and partnership working.
