In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care for the women's and girls' programme. Your responsibilities include delivering top-tier medical services at the first team level, integrating best practices across the player pathway, and managing and developing all medical staff within the programme. You will provide leadership for the medical support services to the women's and girls' programme, including direct line management of the medical team. Your focus will be on ensuring that medical objectives are achieved and that services are delivered effectively.

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional management and leadership skills, demonstrating a strong ability to make evidence-based decisions and think critically. You should have extensive experience working with elite athletes in a women's team sports environment.,

  • MSc Sports Physiotherapy / Sports & Exercise Medicine - or equivalent
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • Valid FA Safeguarding Workshop Certificate
  • Valid FA ATTMIF Emergency trauma qualification
