Full Job Description

Main Purpose: To provide reception and administrative support to assist in the day-to-day running of the Practice. General: As part of the Reception team, you are employed to undertake reception and administrative duties as deemed suitable by the Practice Manager. The role involves dealing with patients via the telephone and face-to-face as they come into the Practice. You are required to use the Practice computer systems and MS Office software. You are required to have good computer skills, along with the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload in a timely manner. You are required to act in a professional manner at all times and adhere to a strict confidentiality policy, as well as other practice policies and guidelines.
