Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, to work as a part of our Medical secretary team within the Oral Maxillofacial department located at Royal Stoke Hospital. The post holder is required to provide comprehensive secretarial support, waiting list management and administrative support to medical and nursing staff within a specialty team., Candidates should posses a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly in an extremely busy environment. You will possess experience of working as a medical secretary demonstrating accuracy and excellent multi-tasking capabilities in all aspects of the workload. You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your initiative and prioritise your own workload to meet strict deadlines.

You will be responsible for the management of your own workload, working closely with other Medical Secretaries, Consultants and the Management Team.

Candidates should possess a professional attitude towards their work and have the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment. You will be required to work as part of a team, as well as being able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is flexible with their working hours.
