We are looking to appoint a Medical Secretary to join the Elderly Care Secretarial team. You will have experience of administration duties and dealing with members of the public.,
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding empathy and compassion
- Able to use their own initiative
- Organisational Skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages
- Clinical typing experience
- Understanding of clinics and appointments, The post holder will be qualified to NVQ level 2, OCR 2 or equivalent, NVQ level 2, OCR 2 or equivalent
- Reasonable standard of GSCE A-C (4-9) or equivalent Desirable
- Secretarial / clerical background.
- Audio type writing skills, Knowledge of Microsoft office package including : Microsoft word and outlook
