Medical Secretary

We are looking to appoint a Medical Secretary to join the Elderly Care Secretarial team. You will have experience of administration duties and dealing with members of the public.,

• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding empathy and compassion
• Able to use their own initiative
• Organisational Skills
• Experience of Microsoft Office packages
• Clinical typing experience
• Understanding of clinics and appointments, The post holder will be qualified to NVQ level 2, OCR 2 or equivalent, NVQ level 2, OCR 2 or equivalent
• Reasonable standard of GSCE A-C (4-9) or equivalent
Desirable
• Secretarial / clerical background.
• Audio type writing skills, Knowledge of Microsoft office package including : Microsoft word and outlook
