Full Job Description
We are seeking to employ a full time (37.5hours) experienced Medical Secretary to work for the Community Forensic Team, Llanfair Unit, University Hospital of Llandough, Cardiff., To provide an effective and efficient comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist and the associated medical staff within the Community/Low Secure Service based at Llandough Hospital.
We are looking to recruit a keen and enthusiastic individual who is experienced and able to undertake the role of Medical Secretary.
The successful applicant will need to possess excellent administrative, secretarial and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work under their own initiative. The ability to work cohesively with other members of the team is essential.
You will have a sound educational background with knowledge of computerised systems and good keyboard skills., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
