Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to make a difference in an exciting, demanding role of a full time Medical Secretary working in Haematology. We have 2 posts available - 1 full time, permanent post and 1 12month fixed term/secondment post. The role may require some cross site working between Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
You will have an excellent range of PA and Secretarial skills; ideally including a solid knowledge of medical terminology - though this is not essential and accurate audio typing skills.
Please note that this role may often attract a high level of applications. Please note this role may close earlier than the original closing date so please ensure you submit your application as soon as possible.

You should be self-motivated with the ability to work in a busy and pressured environment. You should be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties.
You should also hold relevant secretarial or audio typing qualifications and have previous secretarial or PA experience. Knowledge and experience within the health sector would be beneficial but not essential.
