Full Job Description
We have a 37.5 hour post within the Mental Health & Learning Disability Division for a Medical Secretary based in Plas Gororau, Wrexham. Working as part of the team the post holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective secretarial service to the team, supporting the delivery of a high quality service to patients and staff., The post holder will be a key member of the Medical Secretary team providing an accurate and confidential administration service, have good, accurate typing skills, and ensure that the specialty maintains efficient filing and recording of information systems. Also support the co-ordination of the administration arrangements to provide a high quality supportive secretarial service to the consultant, medical / clinical and nursing teams.
Applicants must be extremely flexible to meet the needs of the service, have a pleasant personality and a positive approach to their work. Applicants must also have a good standard of education, audio typing skills, be adaptable and have good organisational skills., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
