Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our small but very busy and dedicated Cancer Services Admin Team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Consultants and their medical team within the Department and also ensuring the provision of an effective service.

  • Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship, To assist in the provision of an efficient typing, filing and administrative support service to Consultants and their medical team within the Cancer Services Admin Team. Ensuring the provision of an effective service which is receptive to the needs of the patient and responsive to Trust requirements. Monitor and update 18 weeks and LROs. To ensure all clinic prep is completed prior to patient's outpatient appointment.

  • Support the Senior Medical Secretary with any duties as required and to cover for the Senior Medical Secretary in their absence.
