Full Job Description

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that a high standard, comprehensive, day to day support service is provided within each specialty in the Head & Neck admin hub. This includes the supervision of the administrative hub with the responsibility for assisting the Surgical Admin Manager in overseeing the support framework within all areas across the Service to ensure that all service users & stakeholders and their teams are supported to a high standard at all times. The post holder will be responsible for running a safe and quality administration service that supports the medical and nursing staff.Main duties of the job To support the Surgical Administration Manager and Patient Service Managers in the day to day running of a specialty administration team. To work as medical secretary as part of the administration team and provide a comprehensive administrative service to the consultant workforce.
