Full Job Description
The Trust is looking to recruit a Medical Staffing Co-Ordinator on a fixed term basis for 12 months to help us to deliver an excellent operational HR service to the Trust's Medical workforce.
The role is full time 37.5 hours per week.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
Serving around 11,000 employees from our Employee Service Centre, you will deal with the day to day management of rotas for your given Health Group as well as dealing with Resident Doctor rotations, recruitment and pre employment checks as part of a professional, supportive and flexible team.You will have the opportunity to share knowledge and skills with other Employee Service Centre colleagues to support your personal development and provide cover as required.Based in a modern purpose built Employee Service Centre at the Castle Hill Hospital and working with the Employee Service Centre Manager, you'll be given all the support you need to:
Support the transition to, and development of, a modern integrated Employee Service Centre that provides an efficient, effective and supportive service.
Provide effective and professional HR services for all levels of medical staff across the Trust.
Support the delivery of a high quality, customer focused, and measurable service.
Support the roll out of effective e-Rostering system for Resident Doctors across the Trust
