Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has come up to join the Radiology department as Medical Staffing and Insourcing Team Leader. This role would provide operational support for the medical workforce for Denmark Hill Radiology, working closely with the Clinical Director, training scheme leads and Service Manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures for rota management, recruitment and insourcing. The postholder will manage a team of Band 4 PAs in the department, working together to provide an effective, efficient and high-quality service. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and organisational skills looking to expand and develop their current skillset.,
