PLEASE NOTE it is a requirement of this Trust that all successful applicants pay for their DBS certificate if a check is required for the post. All new entrants to the NHS will be appointed on the minimum of the pay scale in line with Terms & Conditions., We are looking for a dynamic Medical Staffing Team Leader who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Someone who can work independently in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the service often within tight timescales, possess good communication skills and a visible, open, and collaborative leadership style that will be essential to supporting and developing a highly engaged Medical workforce. You will also be instrumental in expanding our digital agenda through getting the best out of the systems we use., You will be responsible for providing a high quality Medical Staffing service to the Trust. Providing management to the Medical Staffing Team who support rota coordination across the trust. Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process is implemented, along with supporting the Job planning and Appraisal and re-validation process. With the aim of delivering a high quality and efficient customer and candidate experience. You will be responsible for ensuring systems are in place to ensure workload is managed across the team, service levels remain high and key performance indicators are met. You will be a senior point of contact within the team to resolve complex queries, support the development of the service, and identify and make changes to improve the service provided ensuring standard operating procedures are in place., This role will report to the Medical Staffing Manager and will be required to support with a number of different process, including but not limited to:
+ Medical Recruitment
+ Rota Coordination
+ Job planning
+ Appraisals
+ Junior Doctor Rotations
+ Additional Payments for medics
+ Work Schedules
+ Medical staffing Terms and Conditions
