Full Job Description

Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship of the medical staffing administrative team. Day to day operational supervision to include reprioritising and allocating work as appropriate to ensure efficient and effective admin support to our medical workforce Manage and coordinate the on-boarding of our rotational doctors in training Support the development of complex rotas across the Trust To work collaboratively with the Trust's ESR / E-Rostering Leads to embed the use of E -Rostering for medical staff

You must have previous experience of working in medical staffing function; working knowledge of electronic rostering packages and experience of supervising/leading a team.
