Full Job Description

To be responsible for the read coding of relevant information into patients electronic healthcare records on EMIS clinical system, adhering to the organisation coding policy. In addition, the post holder will also support the multi-disciplinary team, providing administrative support as required, in line with the needs of the organisation., Reviewing records and accurately producing a summary of the patients medical history

Accurately read coding data on EMIS

Reviewing progress of summarising, ensuring practice targets are achieved

Review all clinical letters ensuring they are processed appropriately in line with extant protocols

We have a rapidly expanding multidisciplinary team to provide high quality holistic care to our patients

We are based in a large brand new purpose-built building in Tower Hamlets (Suttons Wharf Health Centre) with approximately 17500 patients. The team comprises of 6 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 1 Nurse, 1 HCAs and an extensive management and administrative team.
